WBZ-TV (Channel 4) deserves credit for being the only local network affiliate to go live on New Year's Eve, broadcasting the celebration in Boston while also taking the feed from New York. There was just one problem: no Dave! Of all the garbage that was on the tube last night, the Late Show with David Letterman was the one program I was looking forward to.
