He took out an ad in the Provincetown Banner -- but when the paper came out, his name was missing, according to Connor Berry, writing in the Cape Cod Times. Not only that, but the Banner endorsed his opponent. How convenient!

Since it was the last edition of the Banner before Election Day, it looks like Snow's not going to get anything other than a refund.
